Last updated: August 29, 2026
Welcome to Trailhead Bitcoin. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of trailheadbitcoin.com and all related webpages, downloads, forms, educational materials, courses, videos, newsletters, and content made available by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] d/b/a Trailhead Bitcoin (“Trailhead Bitcoin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms, including the Assumption of Risk, Limitation of Liability, Time Limit on Claims, and Arbitration and Class Action Waiver sections below. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
1. Who We Are
Trailhead Bitcoin provides educational content and operational guidance related to Bitcoin buying, custody, inheritance planning, account security, mining equipment evaluation, and related workflows. Trailhead Bitcoin is strictly non-custodial. We do not manage client assets, open accounts, place trades, hold Bitcoin or fiat currency, or request seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or two-factor authentication codes.
2. Educational Information Only
All content on this website is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website is investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, estate planning, insurance, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including whether to buy, sell, hold, transfer, custody, mine, or otherwise use Bitcoin or any related product or service.
3. No Investment Advice
Trailhead Bitcoin does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio allocation recommendations, price targets, trading signals, suitability determinations, or recommendations about whether Bitcoin is appropriate for your financial circumstances. Any references to Bitcoin, exchanges, wallets, custodians, mining equipment, OTC desks, or related services are educational and operational in nature.
4. No Legal, Tax, or Estate Planning Advice
Trailhead Bitcoin may provide general educational information about operational considerations related to recordkeeping, inheritance planning, custody workflows, and continuity planning. This information does not replace advice from a licensed attorney, CPA, tax professional, estate planner, or financial adviser. Consult appropriate professionals before making legal, tax, estate, retirement, or financial planning decisions.
5. No Fiduciary Relationship
Your use of this website, its content, free downloads, or free discovery calls does not create any advisory, fiduciary, professional-client, agency, or trustee relationship with Trailhead Bitcoin. Paid advisory engagements are governed exclusively by a separately executed Advisory Services Agreement and Statement of Work, and no such relationship exists unless and until those documents are signed.
6. No Custody or Control
Trailhead Bitcoin does not take possession, custody, or control of any assets. We do not hold fiat currency, Bitcoin, private keys, seed phrases, account credentials, passwords, or two-factor authentication codes. Never send Trailhead Bitcoin your seed phrase, private key, password, authentication code, wallet passphrase, or account credentials through any channel, including website forms, email, chat, or calls. If you transmit sensitive information despite this warning, you do so at your own risk, you agree to treat that information as compromised immediately, and Trailhead Bitcoin bears no responsibility or liability for any resulting loss.
7. No Account Opening or Trade Execution
You are responsible for opening your own accounts, completing identity verification, reviewing provider terms, placing orders, executing transactions, verifying all addresses and amounts, and paying provider fees. Trailhead Bitcoin does not place trades, submit withdrawals, sign transactions, initiate transfers, or transmit funds for anyone.
8. Assumption of Risk
Bitcoin and related services involve substantial risk. By using this website and its content, you acknowledge and accept that: Bitcoin transactions are irreversible; loss of seed phrases, private keys, or devices can result in permanent and total loss of funds; exchanges, custodians, wallets, hardware devices, software, and other providers can fail, be compromised, restrict or freeze accounts, change terms, experience outages, or become insolvent; the market value of Bitcoin is volatile and may decline substantially or entirely; and no security practice or educational content eliminates all risk. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your Bitcoin-related decisions and activities.
9. Your Sole Responsibility for Outcomes
You alone execute your transactions and control your accounts, devices, wallets, keys, and credentials. You agree that any loss resulting from your execution, custody, storage, backup, transaction, or disclosure decisions is caused solely by your own actions and omissions, and not by any educational content, workflow, checklist, or guidance published or provided by Trailhead Bitcoin.
10. Third-Party Tools, Links, and Services
This website may reference or link to third-party exchanges, wallets, custodians, hardware devices, software tools, mining providers, payment processors, or other services. All third-party information is presented for educational comparison only. Trailhead Bitcoin does not control third-party services, makes no warranty regarding any provider’s solvency, security, performance, or fitness for your purposes, and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, fees, representations, terms, privacy practices, or performance. If you choose to use a third-party provider, you do so based on your own independent evaluation, and your sole recourse for any provider failure lies with that provider under its own terms.
11. Affiliate and Referral Relationships
Some links on this website may be affiliate or referral links, meaning Trailhead Bitcoin may receive compensation at no additional cost to you. See our Disclosures page for details. Affiliate compensation does not make Trailhead Bitcoin responsible for any provider, and no affiliate link is an endorsement that a product is suitable for your circumstances.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use this website or Trailhead Bitcoin materials to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; attempt unauthorized access to any system; upload malware or harmful code; misrepresent your identity; submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or other sensitive secrets; or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

14. Courses and Digital Products
Purchases of courses or digital products are additionally governed by the Course Terms of Purchase presented at checkout. Course access is for personal or internal educational use only. Purchasing a course does not create an advisory or professional services relationship.
15. Testimonials and Examples
Any testimonials, examples, case studies, or outcomes referenced on this website are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
16. No Guarantees; No Reliance
Trailhead Bitcoin does not guarantee any result, performance, profit, loss avoidance, successful recovery, provider performance, mining profitability, custody outcome, security outcome, or tax or legal result. You agree that you have not relied, and will not rely, on any statement or content on this website as a promise or guarantee of any outcome.

Your use of this website and any third-party services is at your own risk.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trailhead Bitcoin and its owners, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, your use of third-party services, your Bitcoin-related decisions and transactions, or claims brought by your family members, heirs, or associates relating to your Bitcoin.
19. Time Limit on Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to this website, its content, or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim accrues, or it is permanently barred, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class and Jury Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website shall be resolved exclusively by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in [COUNTY], Connecticut. YOU AND TRAILHEAD BITCOIN EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
