Non-Custodial Policy

Trailhead Bitcoin is a non-custodial education and advisory business. We do not hold client Bitcoin or fiat currency; control client wallets; request or store seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or two-factor authentication codes; open accounts for clients; place trades; submit withdrawals; or transmit money or Bitcoin on behalf of clients. Clients remain responsible at all times for their own accounts, credentials, wallet devices, seed phrases, private keys, transactions, tax reporting, legal compliance, and third-party provider relationships.

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, wallet passphrase, password, or 2FA code. If anyone claiming to represent Trailhead Bitcoin asks for these, they are an impersonator — see our Official Channels page. If you accidentally share a sensitive secret with anyone, treat it as compromised immediately and move funds to a new, secure wallet.

No Investment Advice

Trailhead Bitcoin does not provide investment advice. We do not recommend whether you should buy, sell, hold, trade, allocate to, or invest in Bitcoin or any other asset. We do not provide price targets, market timing, trading signals, portfolio allocation advice, suitability determinations, or return projections. All discussion of Bitcoin is educational and operational — buying venues, account security, custody options, recordkeeping, inheritance workflows, and provider comparisons. You are responsible for determining whether Bitcoin is appropriate for your circumstances.

No Legal, Tax, or Estate Planning Advice

Trailhead Bitcoin does not guarantee any financial result, investment outcome, profit, loss avoidance, mining profitability, tax result, legal result, custody result, account approval, provider acceptance, transaction success, recovery outcome, or security outcome. Bitcoin is volatile. Exchanges, custodians, wallets, hardware devices, software, and third-party services can fail, change terms, restrict accounts, experience outages, or be compromised. Educational examples, case studies, and testimonials are illustrative only.

If you use a provider, you interact with them directly, your selection is your own independent decision, and your sole recourse for provider failures lies with that provider under its own terms.
